At Scot Agri, we are always looking for ways to improve our services and ensure our customers receive the best possible support. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are making some important changes to how we operate.

Haddington Depot Closure

After careful consideration, we have decided to close our Haddington depot on Friday, 1st November 2024. This decision allows us to streamline our operations and deliver an even more efficient service to you. While this means the physical location will close, we’ve put new measures in place to ensure there’s no disruption to the high-quality service you’ve come to expect from Scot Agri.

What This Means for Our Customers

Centralised Sales and Service at Kelso Depot

From November, all our sales and service support will be managed from the Kelso depot. By centralising our operations, we will be able to pool resources, deploy a larger team of service engineers, and provide quicker and more effective solutions. The Kelso depot is well-equipped to handle all customer needs, whether it’s servicing machinery, providing parts, or offering expert advice.

Introducing a New Parts Delivery Service

We understand that accessibility to parts is critical for your business. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new parts delivery service, in the Haddington area, which will ensure you get the parts you need delivered directly to your door. Whether it’s a quick fix or a larger order, we’ve made it easier for you to get what you need, when you need it.

Continued Access to Genuine Parts

Customers can still collect parts from the Scot Agri Kelso depot or Scot JCB Edinburgh depot if preferred, and our team will be on hand to assist with any queries or special requests. We are committed to maintaining the availability of the same high-quality, genuine parts for your machinery.

Why These Changes Will Benefit You

By consolidating our operations, we are creating a more efficient workflow that allows us to respond faster to customer needs. With all our engineers and sales team being managed from one location, we can provide a more comprehensive service that’s quicker and more responsive. We are confident these changes will lead to an overall improvement in your experience with Scot Agri.

Additionally, the introduction of the parts delivery service offers new convenience and flexibility, reducing downtime for your machinery and ensuring that parts are always within reach.

We're Here to Help

We understand that change can raise questions, and we’re here to provide any support you need during this transition. Whether you need more information about the closure or want to know how our new delivery service works, our team is ready to assist you. Simply contact us today.

We’re committed to making this process as seamless as possible and to continuing to deliver the exceptional service and support that you expect from Scot Agri. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the Haddington team who have not only worked hard through the years but have been a great support through this transition.

Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in us as we implement these changes. We look forward to serving you in new and improved ways.
